03 | Not sure where to start in cultivating change? Build your foundation and start within. Why it’s important to master your mindset and inner habits before you work on your outer habits

So often we find ourselves drowning in the responsibilities of motherhood and life, living in a high stress, anxious, and overwhelmed state, feeling like we are losing ourselves a little more everyday…and try to change those negative emotions with an outside approach.

When what we need to focus on is within. Strengthening our foundation, connecting to ourselves, our awareness, our perception, our self, our self esteem, our mindset.

Today’s episode just scratches the surface of the importance of building our inner foundation and mastering our inner habits first.. like our thought life, how we talk to ourselves, our perceptions, beliefs, mindset loop… I encourage you to take this episode into your heart and sit with it for a bit.
